Welcome to Bellezza Banquets Hall (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our venue and services. By booking or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.

• The deposit amount must be paid [e.g., 25%] of the total estimated cost at the time of booking.

• No reservation is finalized until the deposit is received.

2. Payment Terms

• The balance is due [e.g., 14 days before the event], in cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

• Late payments may incur a late fee or result in booking cancellation.

• Any additional charges (e.g., overtime, extra services) must be settled immediately after the event.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Refund structure:

  • >60 days before event: Full refund minus administrative fee (or full refund if preferred).

  • 30–60 days: 50% refunded.

  • <30 days: No refund of deposit.

• A force majeure clause applies if unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates) prevent the event. In such cases, clients may be offered rescheduling or partial refund.

4. Event Details & Use

• The confirmed agreement includes event date, time (including setup and teardown), guest count, and services.

• All plans are provisional until confirmed in the final Banquet Event Order (BEO).

• Setup and decoration must follow our guidelines; walls and fixtures must remain undamaged.

• The event organizer is responsible for ensuring that all required permits, such as liquor licenses, fire safety, or permission for DJ/live performances, are obtained and submitted at least [48 hours] prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Extra Services & Extensions

• Additional services—like extended hours, extra cleaning, or technical support—must be requested in advance.

• Overtime fees apply per hour after the agreed end time.

• Any changes must be agreed upon and documented.

6. Damage & Liability

• You are responsible for any damages caused by guests or external vendors, including décor or equipment.

• We reserve the right to recover costs for any damages.

• You may need to provide liability insurance, especially where alcohol is served, and name us as an additional insured party.

7. Indemnification & Insurance

• You agree to indemnify and hold Bellezza Banquets Hall harmless from all liabilities, damages, or claims arising from your event or any external vendors.

• Event insurance—covering liability and event cancellation—is strongly recommended.

8. Safety & Compliance

• All safety, health, and fire regulations must be strictly observed.

• Fire exits must remain unobstructed.

• Any violation may result in event termination and forfeiture of payments.

9. Decorations & Signage

• Self-supported backdrops or banners within permissible areas only.

• Advance floor plans may be required for large displays or exhibitions.

10. Force Majeure

• Neither party is liable for failure or delay due to events beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government prohibition. RedditGenie AI

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• In case of disputes, mediation or arbitration is encouraged before legal action.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of [State, India].

12. Modifications

• Any changes must be requested in writing and confirmed by both parties to be valid.
